Anne Roberts has a B.M. and B.M.E. from Phillips University, previously of Enid, Oklahoma, and a Master’s degree in human relations from Oklahoma University. She is in her 13th year as music director at the Parish of St. Bernard of Clairvaux, a 1400 family parish in south Tulsa, where she enjoys leading many different choirs….traditional, contemporary, children’s, handbell, chant, and a very fun group that sings in nursing homes each Saturday. Summers fill up with annual musical productions. Off-duty time fills up with a small jazz band, Deja Bleu. For the 20 years prior she was registered in the National Association of Music Therapy, served as music therapist during the week at several health facilities and organized citywide nursing home “Olympics” and pageants. She is currently a member of the American Guild of Organists, American Guild of English Handbell Ringers, and National Pastoral Musicians. She has published through GIA and Augsburg Fortress.
