Do you need a roommate in order to attend the the convention? We have a solution for you! Join our private Facebook page "AGO Find-A-Roommate". Once you have been admitted to the group, introduce yourself and specify your needs. The page will act as an electronic bulletin board where you can connect with others who are looking for a roommate.
All attendees are encouraged to purchase trip cancellation insurance.
A refund, less an administration fee of $50, will be made upon written request if received before February 14, 2016.
A refund, less an administration fee of $120, will be made upon written request if received between February 15 and May 1, 2016.
No refunds are given after May 1, 2016. Trip cancellation insurance will protect travelers from loss of funds due to
emergencies. Many reputable companies provide this type of insurance. It is the responsibility of the attendee to determine which company to use.
