In June, over 1,200 organ enthusiasts from across the globe will travel to Houston, the nation’s fastest growing and most diverse city, to be revitalized by vibrant performances, world-class instruments, enlightening workshops, creative new music and inspiring worship. Attendees include church and school organists, college professors, choral musicians, private music instructors, composers, handbell ringers, organ builders/technicians, and more!

This convention offers the broadest array of print and digital advertising options ever offered for an AGO convention. Since the attendees will be looking for what you and your business can offer, you will want to make your presence known in one or more of the advertising mediums available. And, the revenue from your advertisement will support this convention and others to come.

Four advertising mediums available
Consider which one or more of the four options will support your advertising needs. All advertisers will have the additional benefit of promotion via the AGO 2016 social media channels including Twitter and Facebook, and the option to submit blog posts prior to the convention date.

Convention Book
We are moving the AGO convention experience into the digital age and at the same time going “green”. So, the convention book will be less large than previous years providing greater impact and exposure for advertisers. The book is distributed to every attendee and is often retained beyond the event. The content will include the priority information all attendees need including the schedule, performer bios and more in an abbreviated format and will be a quality piece of approximately 60 pages, perfect-bound and four-color throughout. Final finished page size will be 8.5”(W) x 11”(H). NOTE:  Convention Book ad booking closed February 1, 2016.

Mobile application (APP)
A new mobile application (app) will be inclusive of the full convention content providing attendees quick access to what they need including web-based content our advertisers, exhibitors and convention partners wish to share. The app will be available for download by all attendees and will include extras such as local Houston services to make the overall experience richer. Your ad will be one of a limited number that will rotate as a banner on the app pages and can be linked to any web-based content such as product/service details or website pages. Advertising in the app also translates to content-rich pages and coordination with exhibitor listings where applicable. NOTE: Convention app ad banner booking closed April 1, 2016.

Advertising on the convention website provides exposure to the over 15,000 AGO members as it will be the primary source for pre-convention information and the single location for convention registration. A limited number of advertising spaces are still available on the homepage. Attendee Bag Inserts
All convention attendees will receive a sturdy messenger-type bag in which organizations and businesses may place an item to advertise their products/services. Space is still available and may include items such as a brochure, flyer, CD, thumb drive, or other agreed-upon item with the convention committee as acceptable for the bag size and specifications. For maximum impact, be the single advertiser to underwrite the cost of all the bags and have your logo imprinted on the outside giving your organization exposure to every attendee.  NOTE: Convention Book ad booking closed May 1, 2016.

First Come = First Reserved
No advertisement space will be reserved without full payment in the online booking system. Please note that there are limitations to advertising space in each of the four mediums.
